Lokasteinn Icelandic Sheepdog Puppy Application
                   

It is our goal to help match a puppy with a compatible family.  In order to do that in a way that ensures as good a match as possible we need to know something about you.  Our main concern is the long-term welfare of the dog.

Please take time to carefully read and complete the following questions.   Ideally the whole family should participate in this process.  These questions are designed to help place a puppy in the best home for their personality and needs.  There are no “right” or “wrong” answers.  The answers will be instrumental in matching the puppy and the family. 

The application can be saved as a word document, completed and emailed to us at russandlinda@epix.net.  If we do not currently have puppies available, you will be placed on our waiting list.  We will notify you when we receive your application.
